The "Age of Recuperation"

Riasar Alpha proposed to divide ETT's history into seven periods, namely:

• The Age of Humanity (from the creation of ETT)
• The Age of Civilization (from the formation of communities)
• The Age of Nazism (from the day 71.11.64.73 created the Text Wehrmacht)
• The Age of Darkness (from the days leading up to World Edit War 1)
• The Age of Recuperation (from the days after World Edit War 1)
• The Age of Ned-tionalism (from the formation of the Flanders Empire and the ETTA)
• The Age of Extinction (from the start of World Edit War 2)

My previous posts were about the so-called "Age of Nazism" and "Age of Darkness". Let's now move on to the "Age of Recuperation", which, despite its name, was far from peaceful.

1002 returned to erase a bunch of pages, prompting the creation of /2001 by PkmnQ, as well as a "peacekeeping" group called /myalliance. A few users also began claiming pages as territory of fictional states, such as the Republic of Falco. They were reportedly involved in conflicts, but I don't know the exact details.

/bfdi and /askthegoikians blew up in activity with the release of BFB. /chatroom was still active, but /trueChatroom and WORDET had become dormant.

In December, I briefly returned to ETT and joined /2001. I also made a bizarre post claiming that there were actually two users named 1002, that IP bans and DDoS attacks had taken place, and more besides.

The Great Glitch

The Great Glitch, alias "Zalgo", was the most prolific griefer of January 2018. Their messages with typically filled with Zalgo text, and sometimes contained declarations of "war". On /myalliance, a post was made by SinkingSailor, stating, "I've found a new griefer. If want me to list them somewhere, just tell me where. I've their IP. They reference zalgo when they grief, so maybe that could be a nickname for them."
